Michael Morrison is the Associate Director of Academic Service Centers. He has been a technology professional for more than 10 years, supporting the uses of technology for teaching and learning. Michael has been at Syracuse university for seven years, originally as the manager of Faculty Academic Support Services (FACSS) and more recently Academic Applications.

Online Learning Analyst

Samantha enjoys her role as an Online Learning Analyst because she has been given the opportunity to express her appreciation for information technology, work with and train users on how it can be used for professional and personal use.   Samantha is always excited to adopt new IT and is interested in learning how faculty and students are incorporating IT into their teaching and learning.  One of the goals of an Online Learning Analyst is to find best practices in the use of IT.  It can be challenging, but that is part of the fun.

Online Learning Analyst: Outcomes Assessment Specialist

Andrew is an IT Analyst: Outcomes and Assessment Specialist with OnlineLearning Services.  His primary role at OLS is the support of program assessment through the use of technology.  Andrew also partners with instructors across campus with the use of educational technology to achieve their teaching goals.  This work includes the development of solutions, as well as addressing any technology issues they may have.  Andrew joined the University community in 2005 as a Research Associate with the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment from 2008 to 2014.  While at OIRA he supported the assessment needs of campus offices by coordinating data collections and reporting.  M.S., Syracuse University (Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation), M.S., Syracuse Univesity (Information Management) In progress, C.A.S., Syracuse University (Data Science). 

Matthew Warne

Online Learning Analyst

Matthew joined OLS as Instructional Technology Analyst in April 2016. He originally came to SU in 2011 as Part-Time Assistant Professor in the College of Visual and Performing Arts and continues to teach courses on sound composition and digital audio in the Transmedia Department. A native of South Dakota, he holds a BA in Music and Economics from Grinnell College, an MS in Digital Media from Georgia Tech, and a PhD in Computer Music and Multimedia Composition from Brown University.

Online Learning Analyst

Jason Webb taught Television, Radio, and Film along with Engineering Design for over 13 years at two local Central New York school districts. He has a Masters degree in Technology Education from Oswego State University and a Masters degree in Television, Radio, and Film from Syracuse University's Newhouse School. As an Adobe Campus Leader, Adobe Educational Trainer, and an Apple Teacher, Jason enjoys showing faculty, students, and staff how to utilize different educational technology tools to enhance education.
